Morse Toad's Marvellous Messaging Service allows you to communicate via the medium of delicious Belgian chocolate.


  • Just write your own message in chocolate (or choose from one of our many ready-made messages), add a note to say who it's from, and we'll ship it through any letterbox nationwide.

 Morse Toad delivers via Royal Mail first class post. This takes 1-2 days. Orders before midday will be dispatched the same day.


Individual orders will fit through the letterbox. 


We also offer special delivery for next day guarantees.


Morse Toad products can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland); this excludes PO Box addresses (unless prior confirmation is given).


We currently use Royal Mail to deliver Morse Toad products to you. Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on:

  • our stock availability
  • your delivery address
  • circumstances impacting delivery by the Royal Mail.


If you have chosen express courier delivery then we will endeavour to deliver items as agreed upon at time of purchase depending on stock availability and delivery address.


We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.
You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of boxes.


It is the customer's responsibility to report all lost boxes on-line within 7 days. Customers are obliged to comply with either Royal Mail's claim compensation process or Morse Toads brand process. Failure to comply with these processes, as amended from time to time, will result in no refund.


We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot guarantee delivery.


If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer services team on within 7 days of receipt. As long as the boxes are unopened and in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition we'll give you a refund.


We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery to Unit 19A - Lymington Enterprise Centre, Ampress Park, Ampress Lane, Lymington, SO41 8LZ  and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any product.
