MARTYN’ Ellis’s story begins in the famous Portobello Road, London in 1990. Since then the brand has worked with several world renowned designers including the Japanese fashion icon Issey Miyake and Mitchell Jacobs, founder of Duchamp, who was one of the worlds leading men’s clothing and fashion accessory designers. MARTYN’s ladies Chandle jewellery collection is typical of his radical approach to design including the Glass cufflink range circa.1995, appearing throughout Jermyn Street and Savile Row tailors in London’s luxury quarter. In 1998 a second generation cufflink was launched, the Solid Glass Cufflink range. New: Crush Glass bowls.

At MARTYN ELLIS Glass we are happy to accommodate your returns or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase either from our online store or at any of our retail show outlets. If you wish to receive dates and locations of our retail show outlets please contact us. This applies to our Silk Ties, Solid Glas Cufflinks and Crush Glass homeweare bowls.

We would strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as MARTYN ELLIS Glass can only take responsibility for the item once it has been received.

Any items returned outside of the 15 days return policy will be refused, and the customer will incur the cost of redelivery.

For all goods returning from outside the UK, please mark the parcel as: “a return to the UK for exchange” this avoids possible delays and unnecessary customs charges.

Unless the returning goods are due to a manufacturing fault, MARTYN ELLIS Glass will not pay for any exchange within or outside the UK territory. All returning items have to be clean and in salable condition still with original packaging and any labels, swing tags, gift box etc still attached.

A valid receipt, order number or a copy of the invoice must be provided.

MARTYN ELLIS Glass will not be responsible for variations of differences in colour representations on the website to that of the actual items.

Glass Cufflinks

All Solid Glass Cufflinks are under lifetime warranty.

Damaged items cause by normal use or as an inherent fault maybe replaced for an exchange, subject to availability at cost, (carriage) to the customer and must be accompanied with the provided guarantee card issued with the cufflinks.

Clearance Items

All clearance items are sold as seen and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Please note that while MARTYN ELLIS Glass will pay for any exchanged items to be re-despatched, the cost of returning the goods to the UK lies solely with the customer.

Returning Clearance and Sales Items

Online clearance items cannot be returned to our show outlets.

Returning Purchases

All online refunds are paid to the card used for the original transaction, which we can only do using the record of an online purchase.

MARTYN ELLIS Glass is happy to exchange or refund goods by the original method of payment as long as you return within 15 days in a salable condition as stated above, including the gift box.
