LOOKER AND BELL
Looker & Bell is a new online Home and Gift boutique. Inspired by their love of travel and on-going mission to find original and unique products, Looker & Bell travelled to Morocco to seek out craftsman and makers of handmade goods and bring them back to the UK. The two mums had met at the school gate in 2010 and became friends. They have both had exciting careers where they travelled the world, visited wonderful places and filled their homes with the treasures they found and collected on their travels. Lisa (having spent her career in marketing (developing high street brands including Clarks, Oasis, Hobbycraft & M&S) had decided that she wanted her own brand to develop and nurture. Dionne, an avid interior designer, had travelled the world working for BA while gaining inspiration for her interiors projects, seeking out original objects with a provenance and story to tell. It was this passion for authentic products with stories that united Dionne and Lisa. The idea then took shape to launch Looker & Bell, to combine a passion for collecting products they love, discovering new things and seeking out craftsmanship.With a shared entrepreneurial spirit, Looker & Bell are now sourcing from a number of destinations. We aim to bring together an eclectic mix of artisan products, exotic vintage finds, and trend pieces from around the globe, uniquely edited and compiled into an inspiring collection for the modern home. The mix reflects their personal tastes, which are both similar yet contrasting at the same time,. However, they both share the same love of colour, pattern and detail, with an appreciation of authentic materials and an artisan approach to design.

We hope that you will be delighted with your new products. However, Looker & Bell are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us via the 'connect with us' tab so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund. If you wish to return an item we will refund your purchase within 21 days from the purchase date on your receipt. Items should be returned with a valid receipt, undamaged and in the original packaging. Delivery costs cannot be refunded in this instance. We would advise obtaining a Certificate of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that goods are packaged sufficiently and securely to withstand delivery. Please include the following: 1. The reason for returning your goods. 2. Your original receipt. 3. Full contact details including your postal address and phone number.
