Our mission at Crate Ideas is to bring never before seen quality and design to pet products. Coming from a background of interior design, we wanted pet owners to be able to find products that are stylish, luxurious and that fit into their their homes and suit their four legged friends. Every Crypton pet bed and accessory is a true labour of love. Not only do they look great, the beds are incredibly comfortable, built-to-last and unbelievably resistant to troublesome stains, moisture, odour and bacteria. Imagine pet furnishings you don't have to hide from your guests!

All the products are made in the most amazing range of designs and colours not seen in the UK before now. Many of the designs are based on William Wegamans; and beloved Weimaraner in different poses and aspects in refreshing up to the minute colours. Every Crypton product will stay clean and never smell because nothing penetrates Crypton fabric. Crate Ideas offer a range of bowls that reflect the lifestyle of owners and their pets. Unleashed Life bowls were conceived with this in mind. Thoughtful designs and high quality products incorporate the lives of our animal companions into the human environment. High-style and craftsmanship are fused with natural and exotic materials to create our sophisticated range of dog bowls, elevated feeding dishes and treat jars for your pets.


We usually process orders within 2 working days. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses except for those below. We ship all our goods over 500g by courier on a next day basis. Goods under 500g will be sent by Royal Mail Packet service and can take up to 3 dayS. Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, KA, G, PH, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will be charged on an individual basis and they may also experience delivery delays. All delivery times are subject to product availability. In the unusual event of the product being out of stock we will contact you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, the courier will leave details for you to call to make alternative arrangements. The courier company is unable to leave items without a signature. Items can be sent to mainland Europe if required. These shipping prices can be obtained together with any questions or details about products by contacting us via the 'contact with us' tab.



We obviously hope that you are delighted with your purchases but at the same time we also understand that sometimes things are not quite the right size, shape, colour etc. If you want to return the product to us for any reason we offer a NO-QUIBBLE returns policy. Simply return the item to us within 14 days, unused (and dog hair free!) in its original condition with all original packaging intact along with your packing slip. When we receive it back we will arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the p&p charge). It’s as easy as that! To Return your item, please contact us via the 'Contact the retailer ' tab. We would always recommend that you return the item via registered mail or tracked courier service as we are unable to help or assist if the item does not make it back to us. If you have any queries regarding your return either drop us a line via the 'contact the retailer' tab. If we do not receive goods that you have returned to us, you will be re-charged for the full price of the product as it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a saleable condition. With larger items it is probably better to use our more cost effective and quicker courier services that you can book directly to return goods to us. Please note that if you are returning a Dog bed, or any other item that has been in contact with your dog, it must be completely clean of dog hair. In the unlikely event of a product being returned to Crate Ideas which we have to clean, then we reserve the right to return it to you. 

     How do you process my refund? All refunds are made via our secure on-line payment system. We don’t see any of your card details and the payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment. We are not able to refund any delivery charges (either from us to you or vice versa) unless the item is faulty. How do I arrange an exchange? We know how difficult it is to try and measure your dog (which he or she helpfully thinks is a great new game!) and order the correct size of bed, etc. We try and help you as much as possible but, as every dog is different, it’s impossible to get it right every time. If you would like to exchange an item either for a different size, colour, style or a different item entirely then our same NO-QUIBBLE policy applies. Simply return the item to us with the original packing slip and details of the exchange you would like to make. If there is a difference in the price then we will contact you prior to processing the order and advise you of the additional cost and take payment (or partial refund if the new item is less). Please note that our standard shipping charges will apply to the new item. Bespoke made to measure items are non refundable unless they are faulty on our part, and we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving said items. When returning items we recommended you obtain a certificate of posting which is free from the post office.
