Our retailers offer different types of delivery depending on the product.  

Delivery options for each product will vary and these can be viewed and chosen on the product page. 

As a customer of Spirit Boutique you are able to choose where your product is delivered by filling in an alternative delivery address during checkout.

We accept payment via debit and credit cards from VISA & MasterCard, Maestro and Amex for purchases made through Spirit-botuique.com.

Please note that each order is sent to you directly by the retailer, who sells online with Spirit Boutique.  The retailer sets their delivery times.

Delivery times

Delivery is usually within 5-7 working days but will take longer for bespoke or personalised items.  Please look at the retailer’s product pages to see details of their normal delivery times.

Delivery and promotions

If you take advantage of a discount or promotion, the reduction is usually applied to the price of the product excluding the delivery charge.  Any free delivery offers will normally mean standard UK delivery only.

Returns

Each retailer has its own refunds and returns policy. To view these specific to each product and order, search for the relevant boutique and click their delivery and returns policy and next steps.

Returns policy for each retailer varies between 7-28 days to notify them if you wish to cancel the order or exchange the item.  

For most products, you have 14 days to notify the seller if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancelable goods (there’s a guide below to help you see what’s cancelable and what isn’t).
