Zevar’s team is on a break for 10 days from the 18th of November until the 27th of November. Hence, there is no shipping available until the 27th of November.
We will be open for business from the 28th of November onwards. All the orders placed between these dates will be shipped on the 28th of November morning. We would like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused!
We aim to dispatch items within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of payment. We obtain a proof of postage receipt for each shipped item.
We offer WORLDWIDE Shipping. For orders outside the UK, please note that customs, import taxes or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Regrettably, we are unable to send to Australia, due to the customs regulations on the importation of precious metals and jewelry.

We research our items thoroughly, take detailed photographs and provide honest and accurate deions. The item listed is always the item you will receive.
We wrap and package items very carefully, using good quality packing. High value items are sent via a trackable service as described in the item listing and will require a signature on arrival.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, then we are happy to exchange or refund your order, providing the item(s) are returned in the condition in which they were sold and in the original packaging with price tags on. If you do wish to return an item or cancel a sale then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods*
Customers will be required to pay for return postage where the choice to return the item is theirs (i.e. a cancellation of a cancelable item).
