Delivery

For specific delivery information please see each product section. FREE standard delivery in UK, Northern Ireland and BFPO - allow up to 21 days for personalised.
Free Express 7 day upgrade when you spend £100 in one transaction.
UK Orders: We ship using either Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Parcelforce 24. Both require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the postman should leave you a card requesting that you contact them to rearrange delivery.
We'll send you an email to advise when your order has been shipped. Please do let us know if your item has not been received within 7 days of shipment.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit please let us know within 48 hours.

Returns

Order from Onefineday and if you're not happy with your item we'll do everything humanly possible to fix the problem. In the unlikely event that we can't help, we'll happily give you your money back. The only exception is for products where the item has been previewed and approved by the customer in the form of an email proof. All we ask is you let us know within 7 days, keep the original packaging and cover the small cost of the insured return. So now you can buy with confidence, that's one less thing to worry about. The Onefineday promise is an addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way. Any transit damages will be covered by us and a full replacement provided at our cost.
