We hope that you will love our products as much as we do, but in the event that you are unhappy with any product purchased via this website, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, address and order reference number, within 7 days of receipt of the item.
In cases where the return of goods is due to damage, a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to MOA according to the policy below.
In cases where the return of goods is due to an incorrect order from the Customer, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. Goods must be returned to MOA in a saleable condition.
The Customer has a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once the order is complete and ends 7 working days after the goods have been delivered to you. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to us within 7 working days of receipt, in a saleable condition. You are responsible for paying return shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason.
Cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched, by email at email@example.com
If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, MOA cannot refund any monies spent on postage and packaging.
When returning items you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
The Customer must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If reasonable care is not taken, and this results in damage or deterioration of the products, the Customer will be charged for the reduction in value.
