Luvvit Want It is the home of must-have handbags, on trend jewellery and ladies’ accessories, as well as beautiful gifts and stylish, hand-picked accessories for your home. Luvvit Want It is owned by Helen Curtis-Allen. Disillusioned with having to drive long distances to get to a somewhat disappointing High Street offering, I always dreamt of  owning a gift boutique with a twist... I believe I  have created the perfect one-stop shopping retreat for ladies with a packed business schedule, or busy “mums on the run” with an equally action-packed programme.

Delivery

We use the standard Royal Mail postage service for all items. In all cases you will be required to sign for your parcel. Standard Delivery (Mainland UK only) 3-7 working days.
Small items such as jewellery and scarves, small t-lights and lightweight small accessories - £3.50
Multiple or larger items such as handbags or small/medium, china/glass homeware items; small wall hangings and frames - £6.50

 

Returns

RETURNS:The images on our website have been carefully chosen to fully reflect our products and as such, we hope that you will love the items you order. However, if for some reason you have received your parcel and it is not what you expected or you do not like it, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please notify us immediately, re-package the items securely and send it back to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet the cost of returns or guarantee their receipt. You may wish to send your returns via recorded delivery for peace of mind. If the product is not in perfect condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


NON-RETURNABLE GOODS:
For hygiene reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept earrings by return. However, if they arrive damaged or faulty we will accept them back for a refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt, providing they are unworn and returned in their original packaging with your receipt. Please remember to include your name, address and original order number in the package. On receipt of your return parcel we will notify you by email and then process a refund to your card within 7 working days. 


REFUNDS: If your items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve it. We will ask you to return it to us in the original packaging for inspection and a full refund or replacement. We will of course cover the cost of posting the faulty item back to us. If your items develop a fault, again please notify us immediately so that we can resolve it. We offer a full refund/exchange policy within 60 days of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. For items developing a fault after 60 days, please call us and we will discuss how we can resolve it. In this instance, please note that we cannot guarantee that the item will still be available/in stock.
