About

Emma Levine Kids & Baby was set up by two friends, Emma Levine and Gabrielle Lee and they launched the brand in late 2010 with their first collection for Spring/Summer 2011. Catering to an age range of 0-9 years, the brand currently offers four collections; Boys wear, Girls wear, Baby Boys wear and Baby Girls wear. The company ethos is to produce children and baby clothing which is fashionable, ethical, affordable and of the highest quality. The aim is to deliver products that offer something diverse and dissimilar to the competition without the exceptional price tag. 


They have pooled their previous knowledge and experience, working together to deliver their customers, beautiful, cohesive ranges with the highest standards and quality for the fairest prices possible. With years of invaluable and industry-relevant experience between them, Emma having previously designed the Kidswear at retail giant French Connection, and Gabby, lately a Babywear buyer at the European contingent of retailer Gap, they manage all aspects of the retail process from concept to development, buying to merchandising and production to shipping and sales. The team work hard to ensure all their products are machine washable and durable where possible.

Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours - subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible. Postage and packing charges are as follows: UK Standard Delivery 0-6 items - £4.50 per order. Allow 4 working days. Standard Delivery 7 items or more - £6.50 per order. 0-6 items - Allow 4 working days.


Attempted Deliveries: If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and the customer fails to claim the items from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund the customer until the goods have been returned to Emma Levine Kids & Baby. However, if the customer would still like the goods re-shipping, we will re-dispatch the parcel once we have received it back but we will have to charge for postage again.


Lost Parcels: We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the order date. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by Royal Mail.

Returns

We cannot refund the customer until the goods have been returned to Emma Levine Kids & Baby. However, if the customer would still like the goods re-shipping, we will re-dispatch the parcel once we have received it back but we will have to charge for postage again. Full priced items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, 30 days after receipt. Emma Levine Kids & Baby will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

If you wish to have a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. All refunds and exchanges for goods purchased via Spirit Boutique must only be returned to the Emma Levine Kids & Baby Head Office address.
