Blackbird London is a new jewellery brand and boutique based in stylish Battersea, London. It’s exclusive ready to wear ranges have expanded rapidly since the launch of the Numerology collection in August 2013. Working with award winning designer Rebecca Maddock each new range is designed to be fresh, original and distinctive.
Blackbird London has designs to suit all ages and occasions, providing stockists with everything they need to build a solid jewellery collection with appeal to all lovers of stylish, unusual hand-made jewellery. Having everything designed and made in the UK is incredibly important to founder Maggie Calmels. Sterling silver and luxurious 22ct gold vermeil are staples of the brand and each piece is handmade by Rebecca on site in Battersea.
All jewellery is hand-made-to-order so please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time.
For delivery within the UK: All jewellery orders are charged at £6.00, Sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery - an insured, next day service... just to be on the safe side! We will send you a dispatch e-mail once it's left us here at Blackbird, so you'll know when to expect it and it can be signed for at your end. All orders exceeding £100 will be also sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All other orders will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (next day and signed for) charged at £4.00. *N.B Any orders being despatched on a Friday will arrive on a Monday, not a Saturday.

We all change our minds from time-to-time, so if for any reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase, items are eligible for refund or exchange, provided it is returned unused, unworn and in the same saleable condition as when purchased.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in their original packaging and accompanied by the sales receipt. Items received after this time/without a receipt will only be eligible for exchange or a credit note. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender.
When returning items, we recommend that you use an insured, registered service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) and keep the receipt. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost. Blackbird London cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
