This year, we’re thrilled to announce our new Restaurant Partner, Kate Austen, a Great British Menu finalist! Kate is bringing her exceptional culinary talents to create a delicious new all-day menu for 2025.
A celebration of the season, where every dish tells a story. Think Treviso with clementine, smoked almonds and pecorino; confit duck with pearl barley and spiced bread sauce; and scallops in the shell bathed in nduja butter.
For something sweeter, twice baked chocolate cake, mince pie and gingerbread ice-cream, or delicate poached fruits with hot anglaise await.
